5.0 out of 5 stars A “sweet” lesson on the value of moderation - Talya Press

Sally is a typical child who loves special treats, but when “a little” becomes “A LOT”, things start to get interesting! Sally wakes one morning as a cupcake. As she tries to get a handle on her eating choices, she takes on the form of various foods. Even my 2-year-old was laughing at all different ways Sally transforms! My 4-year-old enjoyed going through the list of healthy and junk foods at the end of the book. I would say the food and then ask her if it was junky or healthy. This story teaches the value of eating a well-balanced diet and taking all things in moderation.

This book was very fun and interesting to read. It’s a great way to get kids to understand the importance of eating a balance meal. The illustrations were well done and the list of healthy foods at the end was an excellent way to connect the two. Great book to have! It provided a fun and healthy message at the same time
